SUMMARY
Over
30 years of diversified heavy industries experience in Project Controls,
Planning & Scheduling. I have worked with and for clients, Project
Directors & Managers in all phases of the project life-cycle from
job conception to completion, in planning, estimating, proposal preparation,
engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning and start-up.
Experience includes 10 years with Florida Power (Nuclear). I possess strong
project controls background. I possess hands-on experience in EPC integrating
scheduling of engineering, procurement, vendor and sub-contract activities,
manpower-budgets, and on-site construction labor. Education and job
experience have provided technical abilities to utilize complex computerized
systems, including Microsoft Office, Primavera P5, P6.,CPM, Resource Loading
and Earned Value, IN-TOOLS, SAP and MS Project.

Houston, TX 77002. Project Scheduler for various projects. Planned and
scheduled Proposal, Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules. During the construction
phase mobilized to the field to aid the field scheduler.

Scheduler CB&I, 6001 Rogerdale,
Houston, TX 77072. William’s EPC Geismar Ethylene Expansion Project.
Expansion increased plant capacity from 1.3MM#/Annum to 1.95MM#/Annum.
Progressed 5000 activity schedule. Ran new data date schedule monthly and
made corrections to schedule. Changed manhour loading and made WBS
structure changes as necessary.

Nitrogen, Enid, OK. Developed and Maintained in Primavera P-6 the
Ammonia Unit 1 April Turnaround. Incorporated Fall DCS Capital Project into
the life cycle of turnaround to insure unit readiness for the capital
project. Direct interface with company management, OEM vendors, Contractors
and Plant Personnel on a daily basis to define and resolve Instrumentation
& Electrical issues critical to the cost and timely completion of the
Turnaround and DCS project.

Oracle interface. I developed Excel Schedules for Level 1 and presentation
of Power Point Presentations to Upper Management. I developed Man-hour
Utilization Reports for Project Management. I have resource loaded Pre-FEED

Base-lined new schedules and progressed activities throughout the project

projects to the TA Team. Submitted Request For Quote (RFQ) to OEM/Vendor
and collaborated with Cost Engineer. Submitted As Built RED Line drawings
to client with updated documents as part of the T/A Life Cycle.
